Boy Meets World (1993-2000)

Teenager Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) and his best friend Shawn (Rider Strong) aren’t the smartest kids in school. Nor are they the coolest. Perhaps that’s why this series lasted eight seasons, watching Savage and his girlfriend Topanga (Danielle Fishel) move from high school flirting to college romance to marriage. Dealing with an interfering high-school principal, parents that just don’t understand, the occasional bully, and the next-door neighbor, this loose Wonder Years spin-off never killed in the ratings, but it sure was consistent. Danielle Fishel is certainly a guilty pleasure for the curve-lovers, while occasional guests Marcia Cross (Kimberly from Melrose Place) and Maitland Ward (Bold and the Beautiful) offer up some eye candy. Don’t expect much though, it is a kids’ show.
