Looking for a Steven Seagal-penned flick about warring bands of Gypsies and Russians in the Balkans? Born to Raise Hell (2010) is here to answer your prayers. Born from the brain of the brawny but sort of beefy Aikido master, Born to Raise Hell stars Seagal as an Interpol agent assigned to a taskforce cracking down on drug trafficking and gun running in Eastern Europe. The problem is, the agents soon find themselves stuck in the middle of a massive gang war between Gypsies and Russians. When one of Seagal's buddies ends up dead in Bucharest, Seagal doesn't care which side did it, he's taking vengeance on both of them. And if you think anyone can stop him, then you must not understand. Steven Seagal was built for brutality. He was molded for mayhem. He was born, to raise Hell! There are all sorts of rumors about Steven being ultra horny offscreen, so it's not a huge shock he made sure to include some sexual cinema in his screenwriting career. Not that we're complaining. Irina Antonie flashes her phenomenal funbags while throwing herself at Seagal, as all absurdly hot women are prone to do. What can the Sensei say? That's just his life. Madalina Mariescu's mams also make an appearance, as she winds up topless during an Interpol raid. But the strangest scene in the movie is when drug dealers hide their stuff by having Alexandra Coman and Oana Jidoveanu tape drugs to their bra and panty wearing bodies. Seems like a terrible idea, screenwriter Steve. We're pretty sure all eyes will be all over those ridiculously sexy ladies wherever they go, and that horny TSA agents would be happy to have an excuse to pat them down. We're not sure about some of the plotlines, but we're very sure Born to Raise Hell will make you swell!
