If ever there was a reason to watch ESPN, this is it. No balls, no scores, just gorgeous women (and some men but ignore them) in tight spandex exercise gear, showing us how to get in shape. Or something. I’m not sure what they’re trying to tell us, because all of my senses but sight (and occasionally touch) shut down when this show comes on. Hosted by Kiana Tom, it’s exercises performed by stunners in exotic locations – nothing more, nothing less. If there is a God… even He’s watching.
