Will Weaver Rub Her Beaver on the Pole?

We've seen a lot of actresses play strippers in the past few years. Jessica Biel. Heather Graham. Marisa Tomei. Jessica Alba. And it's likely we'll see a lot more in the years to come. But when we think of which starlets are likely to don G-strings and pasties (or hopefully less) to grease the pole, names like Blake Lively, Mila Kunis, or Megan Fox come to mind. The prospect of 60-year-old Avatar star Sigourney Weaver taking to a strip club stage came completely out of left field and punched us squarely in the gut.

Lively Gets Lovey

We were tricked into thinking that we would see Blake Lively nude in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. And technically she was nude. Unfortunately everything but naked hip and shoulder was hidden by the far less appealing body of Alan Arkin.

So will we be presented with the same grim fate come September when The Town, Blake's Ben Affleck-directed project, hits theaters? Lively herself says the movie will feature the hot Gossip Girl blonde in a sex scene, but will anything be seen?

Lighting Up Lantern

Aside from a nude role, the kind of part we most like to see our favorite actresses play would have to be a slot in a superhero flick. Think about it. Scarlett Johansson's leather catsuit in Iron Man 2? Kirsten Dunst's nipples in Spider-Man? Nerdery and slight nudery is a match made in geek heaven.

Comic freaks of the world have a reason to celebrate today, because it's been confirmed that a Mr. Skin favorite, the very sexy Blake Lively, has been cast in the upcoming Green Lantern movie.

Blake Lively Was Naked?

Apparently, 75-year-old actor Alan Arkin, co-star of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, isn’t used to having a naked 22-year-old movie starlet lying on top of him.

But who is, except for Balthazar Getty and Brian Austin Green?

Spending the day pressed up against the bare nubile flesh of a nude Blake Lively provoked this strange response from Arkin:

“I spent the whole day apologizing to her. That was a tough day. You're thinking about being alone in a room with Blake Lively with no clothes on; I was there with 50 people and it was freezing and I had lines I had to say.”

Casting Questions Loom Large.

Variety is reporting that ABC is close to giving a pilot order to a remake of the classic TV series Charlie’s Angels, whose braless starlets earned the show the moniker of “Jiggle TV.”

There have been several attempts over the last three decades to revive the show, which featured '70s sex symbols Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith, Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack, Tanya Roberts, and Farrah Fawcett naked (or almost) in tight jeans and tighter t-shirts.

The most successful has been the 2000 film version and its 2003 sequel, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, starring with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu as three of the sexiest secret agents this side of Diana Rigg.

Now that it looks like ABC is going to green-light this new series in the wake of the sci-fi reboot V’s enormous success, it’s time to start casting some heavenly bodies.

Here's the Gossip, Girl: Blake Lively Is Not Nude in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee

Last week image caps unexpectedly leaked from the movie The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, giving us hope that this might be our chance to finally see Blake Lively nude. The pics depicted Blake in some old-school, fetishistic lingerie getting spanked by a stern older woman as well as Blake lying completely nude, her bare body pressed up against Alan Arkin.

But our skin scouts caught a screening of the film over the weekend, and Blake Lively nudity was unfortunately nowhere to be found. The film's not a total loss though. Get the full run-down on The Private Lives of Pippa Lee after the cut.

Mr. Skin Has a Few Casting Ideas

According to the Hollywood rumor mill, German writer/director Marc Vorlander is at work on the follow-up to the 1995 skinstant classic Showgirls, called Showgirls: Story of Hope.

The details are sketchy at best, but blogs are reporting that the plot will have Rena Riffel's character Penny traveling to Frankfurt, Germany, to seek revenge on the people responsible for giving her brother a deadly dose of cocaine.

Since all the casting is still up in the air, we at MrSkin.com have decided to take a stab at casting this flick, under the assumption that all the main characters will be returning.

With no other information to go on, we’ll do what we do in Vegas. We gamble.

For Nomi Malone, the hooker-turned-stripper-turned-showgirl played by a nude Elizabeth Berkley in the original, we have three suggestions:

AnnaLynne McCord of 90210 and Nip/Tuck fame for her trashy, bisexual, frizzy-haired sex appeal; Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, whose ice cream photoshoot put all sorts of ideas into her fans’ heads; and recent newsmaker Taylor Swift, who would be a perfect naïve ingénue.

We also have three suggestions for Crystal Connors, Nomi’s arch rival and would-be lesbian lover. In the original, the role was played by Gina Gershon.

Our choices are: Marisa Tomei, who was one of our favorite strippers of all time in The Wrestler; Megan Fox, whose refusal to get nude would immediately disqualify her with extreme prejudice; and Rosario Dawson, who’s a little young for the part, but more than sexy enough.
