Between the Darkness and the Dawn (1985)

A lot can happen Between the Darkness and the Dawn (1985). At least that’s the premise of this made for TV movie. The drama features Bewitched (1964-1972) star Elizabeth Montgomery as Abigail Foster. Even though the actress was in her 50s at the time, she plays a 37-year-old woman who miraculosly comes out of a 20-year coma only to learn her world has significantly changed. For starters, her now grown high school boyfriend David (Michael Goodwin) has married her younger sister Ellen (Karen Grassle). Awkward! Needless to say, Abigail must start anew with or without the help of her mother (Dorothy McGuire) and her physician (Robin Gammell). Will Ms. Foster be able to foster a budding love life with Jack Parrish (James Naughton) since he took her on a date to see Risky Business (1983)? Will her coma condition return or will she maintain good health as she obtains a great sex life? As part of her self-discovery journey, Abigail decides to pull down her gown and get a gander at her gazongas in the mirror. Judging by the top half of her right breast and the bit of nipple we can see over her shoulder, two decades in bed have been kind to Ms. Montgomery’s mams. Yes, the blonde beauty puts the boob into this boob tube movie. Despite small screen censorship, the telefilm has Mr. Skin touching himself! And if you have a big imagination you may be wiggling more than your nose while watching this flick’s bewitching leading lady!
