Basket Case 3: The Progeny (1992)

Murderous parasitic twins need love too, and they get it in Basket Case 3: The Progeny (1992). Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) has been separated from his monstrous conjoined twin, Belial, and locked up in a psychiatric hospital for “unique individuals”. Meanwhile, Belial has gotten busy with his equally misshapen girlfriend, Eve (Denise Coop), who is now about to give birth to 12 of his deformed progeny. Duane manages to escape just as everyone heads to the countryside for the birth of the litter and the local deputies, Bailey (Jackson Faw) and Baxter (Jim Grimshaw), are itching to collect the reward for his capture. When the cops accidentally shoot Eve, Belial goes on a murderous rampage with some help from his newly constructed robotic exoskeleton.
