Bad Hurt (2016) follows the sordid tales of a sort-of family, and their lives in Staten Island, NY. Claustrophobia, mental illness, drug abuse, PTSD, and learning disabilities are just a few of the things that plague members of the Kendall family, and what plagues them even more is how they deal with each other. The film is the motion picture debut of Iris Gilad, and your irises will be glad to take in the view of her sudsy spheres as she's given a bath by Karen Allen. And when she starts to flail, you'll even see some bath bush from the rad Gilad. Just a few minutes later you'll catch a glimpse of Iris's underwear as she gets a shot to her hot back-slot. The film is directed by long-time actor, first-time director Mark Kemble, who had previously staged this story as a play. The play was called Badhurt on Cedar Street and it was based, in part, on his own childhood memories of the family he grew up in.
