At Risk (1994)

Lara went to Mexico with Steven in an attempt to save their relationship. After a year of trying to hold things together, Lara returned to the United States to find her former lover, Max. Despite her tireless efforts to find him, he seems to have vanished without a trace. She remembers that she met Max in the office of a private eye she was going to hire to spy on Steven, who had been cheating on her. She also remembers having unprotected sex with Max later on. When she finds out that AIDS are involved in why she’s unable to find him, she starts to worry about herself as well.
