Spotted: actress Blake Lively, aka "S", in the back of a vehicle, her little dog Penny in tow. Last month, the pampered pooch peed on Blake, and this weekend, she attempted a new occupation--shielding her mistress's nipple from view. Lucky for us, Penny the dog is pretty poor at her job and ducked her fluffy head, leaving Blake Lively's nipple naked and visible for all to see!
