A guy decides to leave city life behind and lose himself in the wild in The River Why (2010). Based on a best-selling novel, The River Why stars Zach Wilford as Gus, a nature lover and lifelong fisherman who gives up his job in Portland for a simple life in the Oregon wilderness. Gus is great at catching bass and salmon, but he’s not so skillful when it comes to snaring nature girl Eddy (Amber Heard) in his net. Will she be the One That Got Away?
