A resourceful private eye, a kept woman, and a blowhard politician enter into a scandalous romantic triangle in the steamy Filipino drama Kerida (2003). The politico hires the detective to keep an eye on his wife (Aleck Bocivk), but when the P.I. drifts too close, he finds himself ensnared by the woman’s charms. Bovick’s a Pinoy sex-cinema veteran, and she’s not shy about showing off the tricks she’s picked up during her years in the business. She sheds her threads for rendezvous in the bathtub, the shower, the bed, and up against a wall, while co-stars Maricar Fernandez and Via Veloso race to keep up.
