Car thief David Arquette is a man after Mr. Skin’s heart, as he spends his free time trying to come up with new ways to look up women’s skirts. Sadly, the plot of R.P.M. (1998) interrupts this useful pastime once Arquette is hired to steal the prototype of an Automobile of the Future. He’s got competition from supercriminal Famke Janssen, too--although she seems to have an unfair advantage, since Arquette can’t even rip off Famke’s clothing. Maybe he’s just too distracted by genuine love interest Emmanuelle Seigner, who gets our own groin popping a wheelie with her undulating underwater scene.
