She's transferred from Atlanta to L.A. to take over the Priority Homicide Division, a unit that handles the hardest, most high-profile murder cases. She's a quirky cutie, and her offbeat personality and tough-cookie approach don't sit so well with coordinates, but Kyra is one of the best questioners in the world, and she always gets her man.
