A Fine Madness (1966) features Sean Connery as Samson Shillitoe, a poet with writer’s block, overdue alimony payments, and a natural ability for attracting women that turns out to be more trouble than it’s worth. When Samson tries to get a psychiatrist to help him with his problems, things really start to go south. This film version of a novel by Elliot Baker was an attempt by Connery to break from the James Bond character. There’s no nudity here, but check out Saint Joan (1957) star Jean Seberg’s bra as she changes in her room.
