Luis Alcoriza’s well-wrought film Tac-tac (1982) was originally released under a much more salacious title, translated as They Have Violated a Woman. The high-stakes drama is a vigilante’s tale of revenge, starring Beatriz Elorrieta as a beautiful victim who becomes traumatized by her rough treatment at the hands of a scurrilous attacker. Feeling sullied by the experience, Elorrieta does her best to wash herself clean, which allows viewers a chance to scope her killer body.
