Yes, there really is a Bandit Queen (1994). Her name is Phoolan Devi, and she doesn't want you to see this movie. When she got out of jail she protested the release of her own biopic and was joined by the Indian government, who censored the film. It's no wonder, thanks to the brave performance by the darkly erotic Seema Biswas. She's the kind of thief who steals every scene she's in, especially when she's not wearing a stitch of clothing. In one mam-orable shot her black bush is exposed for all the bushmen to gawk at. Mr. Skin knows that bushmen are from Africa not India, but when an act-chest as gash-darn sweet as Seema is onscreen, we're all bushmen!
