Eskimos live in a land where it is winter almost all the time. Naturally, they are drawn to activities that generate warmth and are continually on the lookout for means to relieve the tedium of every day being a snow day. Is it any surprise that the northernmost Native Americans screw a lot? Not if they are portrayed by the likes of Jennifer Tilly and Lou Diamond Phillips in the psycho-sexual family drama Shadow of the Wolf (1992). What’s Lou’s dad thinking, making a move on tantalizing Tilly? The old man is the local chief, but he should know better than to try to steal away jiggling Jen, who is the beaver of his boy’s eye. Power struggles and ordeals by elements ensue.
