As the title suggests, 2 Days in the Valley (1996) revolves around 48 hours in the intersecting lives of Eric Stoltz, Jeff Daniels, Danny Aiello, James Spader, Glenne Headly, Charlize Theron, and Teri Hatcher. Crimes and subplots collide in this Southern California modern noir. There's a suicidal director, a bad vice cop with a green rookie, and a snooty art dealer with a bad case of kidney stones . . . and, of course, there are two hot femme fatales, which naturally give this movie the thumb's up in viewers' pants. Teri, in work-out gear, and Charlize, hot in a tight, white spandex body suit, engage in a brutal catfight that makes audiences purr with delight. With scenes like these, we could use a few more days in the Valley.
