Hunky French heartthrob Olivier Gruner pops in to collect his paycheck in the muscular military adventure Deadly Engagement (2003). The Gallic ex-soldier plays a mercenary who’s dispatched to stop the rogue leader of a former Soviet satellite from detonating a stolen nuke. The villain ups the ante by absconding with Gruner’s sexy wife (Daniela Krhutova)--a United Nations specialist who boasts a body with international appeal. Gruner makes time not only to save the free world, but to bag Krhutova on camera, a moment rivaled only by co-star Marketa Rosak’s sensuous undressing.
