The final entry in Quebecois director Denys Arcand’s film trilogy that began with The Decline of the American Empire (1986) and continued with The Barbarian Invasions (2003), The Age of Ignorance (2007) stars Marc Labrèche as Walter Mitty-esque milquetoast Jean-Marc Leblanc, who can only escape his dreary existence by living in a fantasy world. In his fantasy world, Jean-Marc has several hot girlfriends, including blonde babe Diane Kruger, who shows skin. Ignorance is bliss!
