Greasy, grimy creepy-crawlies from outer space infect small-town America in the wild horror-comedy Slither (2006). After a meteor falls from space, a nasty little creature infects a local rich guy (Michael Rooker) and sets off a plague of wormy parasites that slide down victims' throats and soon thereafter have them hankering for the taste of human meat. True to its B-movie roots, Slither supplies blood, bodies, and boobs. And we can thank topless Tania Saulnier for coming through in that last category.
