The proprietor of a rundown tavern entertains an unlikely offer by wealthy foreigners in the offbeat Italian comedy Pierino il fichissimo (1981). When Carmelo (Gianni Ciardo) discovers that a business syndicate is interested in buying his dive bar for an inflated price, he grows inordinately excited. Carmelo quickly sets about organizing a bash so well attended that it will convince the buyers that their buy is a wise one. Central to his scheme is the lovely Clorinda (Adriana Russo). The foxy Italian beauty makes the gentlemen an offer they can’t refuse when she strips down and gets busy on one of the tables.
