Based on the best-selling book by Tom Robbins, Even Cowgirls Get the Blues (1993) will not leave audiences with blue balls. No, sir, this bronco-busty story of Uma Thurman as the girl with enormous thumbs--and therefore the world's greatest hitchhiker--is a walk on the wicked side. The movie is littered with loonies such as John Hurt as The Countess, a transsexual ad guru, and Rainbow Phoenix as a lesbian cowgirl with a posse of hotties like Lorraine Bracco. Everyone's favorite kook, Sean Young, even shows up to bed crazy Crispin Glover and flash her udderly wonderful rack. While Uma does diddle with her pink pleasure button, she doesn't show anything. It's still worth a wank from viewers, though.
