Hats off to the genius who first conceived of assembling The Pussycat Dolls, a collective of models, strippers, dancers, and actresses whose act oozes with sexual energy. Dressing in burlesque lingerie and pin-up costumes, The Dolls show they’ve got sex appeal to spare in Buttons (2006), the video for their Top Ten dance single. Lensed by Francis Lawrence, the shoot finds leggy Doll Nicole Scherzinger bending over backwards to “tell you to loosen up her buttons, babe.” Uh-huh.
