Mick Jagger plays a rock star in Performance (1970). Not too big of a stretch there, but everything else in this mindblower goes against expectations. The movie follows James Fox as a murderous gangster who holds up with Jagger. They swap women, drugs, and finally identities. But back to the women: Michèle Breton, Anita Pallenberg, and Ann Sidney all show skin, which makes this performance a real perv-formance!
