Billy Crudup is a real crud in World Traveler (2001) as a successful Manhattan architect who ditches his family on his kid’s third birthday. He jumps in his Volvo and starts looking for himself. Instead, he finds a bizarre collection of characters on the road, including Julianne Moore as a sexy—and crazy—young mother. At least Billy gets to bang Karen Allen before going on to screw over all of his other new acquaintances. It all leads up to him confronting his own abandonment issues. The film’s worth the trip, though, since Crudup takes the time to check out Mary McCormack’s hot naked bod.
