Johnny Depp stars as Joe Pistone, the real-life FBI agent who went deep undercover for years to infiltrate the 1970s New York City Mafia, in Donnie Brasco (1997). Al Pacino, famous for portraying the most worldly and powerful gangsters, here plays broken-down, two-bit wiseguy Lefty Ruggiero, who takes the new guy under his wing, introduces him to the higher-ups, and dispenses enough information to derail organized crime for years. As Pistone’s neglected wife, Anne Heche is all suburban heat, especially in a bra-clad love scene with Depp. Is Anne Heche hot? Fuhgeddaboutit!
