Winner of three Ariel Awards and nominated for best picture of the year, El Homicida (1989) follows a street criminal played by Sebastian Ligarde as he tries to protect his business and his life in the violent streets of Mexico City. Along the way director Alfonso Rosas Priego gives us plenty to look at in one shower scene after another. Watch for a particularly intense sequence in which sexy turns to scary when Ligarde realizes he's being followed.
