Ice T plays an art thief in Below Utopia (1997). He breaks into a rich guy's mansion and ends up killing everybody. Yeah, Ice T is cold-blooded, but he's not an idiot. One of the few survivors is luscious Alyssa Milano. She spends the movie playing cat-and-mouse with Ice T, whose dog is after that pussy. Mr. Skin understands why Ice T is willing to take the plunge for Alyssa, because even fully dressed she is one refreshing cup of tease. Usually a skinful presence in any film, Alyssa here only offers up a brief boob flash. That certainly is below utopia.
