There are a million stories in the Naked City: Justice with a Bullet (1998), so let’s focus on one of them, the sexy one in which people actually get naked. Two out-of-towners are stung in a con game and helped out by two tough but fair undercover cops. The patsies, played by hot Robin Tunney and Kathryn Erbe, don’t show more than some underwear, sadly. But there is a scene with ample nudity to keep the audience’s attention. That’s justice with a bullet to the privates!
