While not a Troma film, the demonic-possession slasher Hellinger (1997) is co-produced by Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz, which should clue you in to the ultra-cheapo (in a good way) quality of the film. Shana Betz provides the movie's skin as she sensually rides her lover topless and climaxes while rubbing blood all over her tits.
