A disputed parcel of land sparks heated tempers and smoldering passions in the epic film O Testamento do Senhor Napumoceno (1997), set in the Portuguese colony of Cape Verde. The sudden death of a wealthy businessman takes the man’s nephew by abrupt surprise.
