Richard and Priscilla Parker (Kevin Kline and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) are a mild-mannered couple stuck in a suburban rut of safety in Consenting Adults (1992). To add some much-needed spice into their lives, they befriend their hip new neighbors, Eddy and Kay Otis (Kevin Spacey and Rebecca Miller). Things turn steamy when fast-talking Eddy becomes obsessed with swapping sweethearts, leading them all down a perverted path of desire and destruction.
