Christian Slater is just another shy teenager in Pump Up the Volume (1990) until his parents buy him a short-wave radio. He then transforms himself into a pirate radio deejay named Happy Harry Hard-on, who riles up his fellow students with alternative rock music and impassioned speeches about our plastic fantastic society. Eventually, of course, The Man steps in to stop this anarchy--but not before Hard Harry lives up to his name with gorgeous student Samantha Mathis, who pumps up everybody’s blood pressure with her revolutionary titties.
