Marvel Comics' most menacing superhero erupts to roaring life in The Punisher (2004). Thomas Jane embodies the titular man in black, a former FBI agent whose family is murdered, transforming him into a relentless vehicle of vengeance operating outside of any limits or laws. John Travolta portrays the head baddie, while Samantha Mathis, as Mrs. Punisher, gives us plenty of reason to miss her before she's killed by romping about in a sweet bikini top.
