Monumental British funnyman Peter Sellers reprises his role as French detective and human accident Inspector Closeau in The Return of the Pink Panther (1975). As in the original Pink Panther (1963), when the titular diamond gets swiped from the Lugash museum, Closeau is on the case--and on the floor, out the window, falling down stairs, and generally creating havoc everywhere he stumbles and bumbles. Christopher Plummer plays retired jewel thief "The Phantom," who seems to have been framed for the crime, while Catherine Schell will turn your panther a rather striking shade of pink during her bikini scene.
