The German city of Frankfurt is the mean-streets setting for one of the country’s most popular TV dramas. For over two decades Ein Fall für zwei, loosely translated as “A Case for Two,” has been a hit that’s influencing must-see TV across the pond, specifically the mega-success of Law and Order. The series follows a cop and a lawyer as they break cases and balls, which usually involves cheating lovers caught in the act. And that act is always graphically realized with Teutonic tits exposed in all their randy glory. American audiences may not be able to understand a word of the German language, but there’s no need for a translator when one of those babes takes off her top.
