After an unsuccessful suicide attempt and a long hospitalization, Karen returns home to find out that her boyfriend has taken up with another woman. Not willing to give in, she tries in vain to re-establish her relationship with him, even though it is patently clear that he has no interest. Slowly Karen comes to realize that the only path to true happiness lies in changing herself. Identity Kills (2003) is an absorbing and interesting look at personality and the contents therein. Brigitte Hobmeier flashes a little right teat as she crouches on the living room floor.
