If ever there was an incentive to become a hack then D.C. Cab (1983) is it. What Animal House (1978) did for higher education, this story of the worst taxi company in Washington, D.C., does for cabbies. These checkered warriors of the metered fare live life to the fullest and get tips too. Take Moriah Shannon as a topless dancer late for work who first strips in the back seat and then shows more T and some A in the club. She ends up stiffing our heroes--in more ways than one--but gets her just rewards when Gary Busey pulls off her dollar-laden panties. That’s the kind of ride we’d all pay for.
