Sweet Justice (1992) is kind of an environmental action movie about bad guys who dump toxic waste and threaten a town's drinking water. When Cheryl Paris, as the city councilor who tries to stop them, is murdered (thankfully not before exposing her breasts), her sister forms an all-female martial-arts revenge squad. Before they fight, however, they need to get clean, and Catherine Hickland, Kathleen Kinmont, and Finn Carter show their floaters in a hot tub. Sweet!
