In the Italian comedy Il Paramedico (1982), a surprise gift sets off an increasingly unfortunate chain of events. Enrico Montesano stars as a paramedic who can’t believe his good luck when his lottery number comes up and he’s awarded a brand new luxury car. Unbeknownst to the poor sap, the car opens a Pandora’s Box of problems, beginning with domestic squabbles and ending with serious criminal charges. Along the way, the orderly is introduced to Daniela Poggi, a hot blonde number who makes a nude poolside splash, helping to allay the sap’s downward trajectory.
