Beautiful Serena Grandi stars as the eponymous Olga O. in Antonio Bonifacio’s modern Italian giallo La Strana storia di Olga O. (1995). A blood-soaked slasher with gore that hearkens back to the heyday of Dario Argento and Lucio Fulci, Bonifacio’s film introduces a heroine who strongly suspects that she’s being targeted for murder. Dodging a number of perilous traps, the targeted knockout learns that the would-be murderer is either her husband, her boyfriend, or both. Grandi willingly lets her guard down for a trio of carnal couplings, and co-star Daniela Poggi pitches in with a charged love scene.
