It may have begun as a slightly creepy, less kooky version of Gilligan's Island, but ABC’s cult smash Lost morphed over the years into the biggest head-scratcher mindfuck ever to grace TV screens. From the initial crash of Oceanic flight 815 on "The Island", things just got more and more confusing, starting with tropical polar bears, a dangerous smoke monster, and mysterious "others" stealing the survivors' babies and proceeding to "When the hell are we again?" time travel. But even if you have no idea what's going on, you can keep satisfied peeping on The Island's incredibly hot inhabitants, including Evangeline Lilly, Elizabeth Mitchell, Michelle Rodriguez, Maggie Grace, Yoon-jin Kim, Cynthia Watros, and Emilie de Ravin.
