Brain Damage (1988) finds typical NYC slacker Rick Herbst minding his own business when a mutant parasite decides to use the poor schmuck as a host body. Rick’s soon prowling Manhattan for new brains to feed his little friend. (In return, the parasite provides Rick with a nice little high.) Most of the assorted victims are pretty hot babes, but things get dicey when the parasite gets a whiff of that big brain in Rick’s girlfriend.
