Clark Gable is Alan Gaskell, a sea captain who leaves his swashbuckling wife and busty girlfriend (Jean Harlow) for an upper-class English lady (Rosalind Russell) in the action-packed maritime adventure China Seas (1935). Angry that the captain has spurned her, Harlow decides to help a villainous pirate (Wallace Beery) steal his cargo. Amid all the swashbuckling, someone must have forgotten to buckle a swash, because at one point Harlow’s dress slips down and clearly reveals a nipple. Ahoy!
