In the gory B-movie Blood Sisters: Vamps 2 (2002), director Mark Burchett makes a strong case for the fact that a date with Dracula might not be all bad. A sizzling sequel to the cult hit Vamps (1995), Blood Sisters picks up where its predecessor left off, chronicling the efforts of a lapsed priest and his vampire honey to manage a popular strip joint. When the twin sister of a fallen vampire arrives to claim her revenge, the ex-man of the cloth and his long-in-the-tooth girlfriend are forced to tangle with the angry bloodsucker. That said, the plot’s mostly secondary to bountiful scenes of stripping, shagging, and biting. Zoe Ciel, Leslie Culton, Glori-Anne Gilbert, Amber Newman, and Shelby Taylor deliver capably on all counts.
