Ever since her debut performance in the 1991 feature ~De Tranen van Maria Machita~, Dutch babe Ellen Ten Damme has been a superstar in her native Netherlands, home of legalized pot and government-subsidized hookers. (We really need to learn a few things from these folks…) Of course, not a whole helluva lot of Dutch cinema makes its way over here to the States, so not many Americans have the first clue who this lovely young lass is. Texas tease Cheyenne Rushing got her big break in a low-budget film. That film featured Hilary Swank and was called Boys Don’t Cry (1999). That should have cemented Cheyenne’s stardom, but she had to go to Berlin to get work. Not a bad move considering her lesbian coupling on the crime drama Wolffs Revier and full-frontal sexposure in the made-for-TV drama Rosa Roth - Geschlossene Gesellschaft (2002).
