Hector Echavarria is Reinero, an MMA fighter who is forced to fight opponents to the death in order to save his wife (Tanya Clarke) from a poison that is dissolving her from the inside in the martial arts action flick Death Warrior (2009). Fortunately the poison doesn’t affect Tanya’s sexual appetite, and we get some good looks at the tits and ass of her body double.
