Juliette Lewis is more about rocking out nowadays with her band The Licks than acting, but in The 4th Floor (1999), a suspenseful tale of a mysterious downstairs neighbor, she almost lets her chest rocks out to play in one scene. Juliette's wearing only panties and an open robe that exposes lots of boob but no nipple, which is like a power ballad without lead guitar!
