When the corrupt mayor of a small Mexican town on the edge of nowhere is booted from office, poor janitor Juan Vargas replaces him by public acclaim. The office proves to be just as hazardous for poor Juan, however, as he is soon embroiled in all kinds of graft and corruption. Seduced by power and money, Juan and his trusty pistol soon prove to be every bit as bad as his money-hungry predecessor. Leticia Huijara strips down to the altogether to join her man in the tub, revealing a healthy caboose and a dainty pair of ding dongs.
